Jane Burmingham

Jane commenced her career in Estate Agency in 1994 working as a negotiator in Southampton with a major UK Estate Agency chain. In 1996 she joined a large independent agency situated in Ferndown, Dorset predominantly dealing with prestige homes. In 1997 her previous employers tracked her down and asked her to return to the Southampton area and back to corporate estate agency. Moving to Park Gate as a senior negotiator in 1998 and being promoted in 2000 Jane became manager of a successful branch.

Jon Webster

Jon became an Estate Agent in 1996, working as a property consultant for a market leading Estate Agency corporate. After fast track promotion he quickly climbed the career ladder progressing to a Managerial position of an Executive and Country Homes Estate Agency. After relocating with his family back to Hampshire, he's worked for a leading independent agent on the south coast, but predominantly with a major UK Estate Agency chain, working with Jane for a successful branch with in the Park Gate area.
