Welcome to our first column of 2018.

I hope you all had a great Christmas and slowly but surely are getting back to ‘normal’.

January can be a gloomy time. The weather’s grey and cold. The nights are long and dark. The festive feeling an ever-diminishing memory.

And around the middle of the month sees the Christmas card bills come crashing on people’s doormats.

Added to that the first month in the calendar claims the dubious honour of having the most depressing day of the year.

January 15th is labelled Blue Monday due to all the above.

But fear not it’s not all gloom, doom and debt.

At Robinson Reade we’re a positive bunch who like making people happy and bringing smiles back to people’s faces.

We do this by always giving our clients a warm welcome, friendly and expert service and honest, experienced property advice.

January is a busy time for us as people look to get their homes on the market and viewers start searching again.

So, if you’re thinking of selling or renting let’s talk and remember, it’s only a couple of months until Spring is here.
