# 1 Rightmove’s busiest days

2^nd January 2018 was the third busiest day of the year for visitors to Rightmove!

When people take time off over Christmas and start planning for the future, their fingers start swiping through properties on Rightmove.

You’ll want to make the most of that traffic and have your property listed before Christmas so that your property appears in those Rightmove searches on the 2^nd January. Not forgetting the real traffic from extra visitors to the area that will see your For Sale board.

# 2 Be ahead of your competition

Estate Agents are often heard saying that the new year is their busiest time of year. Sometimes it’s seeing family over Christmas that makes people decide they want to live closer. Sometimes it’s plans for a new job or simply a new year and a fresh start that encourages a house move.
