Megan & I had a very exciting day recently when we went to the ESTAS awards in London.

The awards are determined through research carried out amongst clients who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from us.

Before we went we knew that we had been shortlisted in the Southern Region for Best Estate Agent & Best Letting Agents as voted by Tenants.

We were thrilled to be voted the best letting agent in the Southern region, as voted by our tenants. So many of our tenants have told us how badly they have been treated by some agents and with all the press about ‘rip off’ letting agent fees etc. it is very rewarding to know that ours have experienced good customer service and received value for money too.

We also got to meet Phil Spencer 🙂 I love my job!
