Applicant Screening: It’s important to ensure that the tenants moving into your property are right for you and your property. We will ensure that any applicants interested in renting your property are screened initially for their suitability prior to an application being agreed.

Offers. Once quality tenants have been found and a new tenancy application has been agreed with yourself we will carry out all the necessary work including: Collecting references, drafting tenancy agreements, performing right to rent checks, collecting initial deposit and rent, and arranging for a thorough accompanied check in and inventory.
