When we receive an offer on your home we will carry out a comprehensive offer interview with the potential buyer.

We will qualify any offer by obtaining proof of funds and confirmation of mortgage approval. We will also check the buyer’s position, including the details and length of any sales chain.

With this information you will be able to trust that a potential buyer has the ability to buy your house and make an informed decision whether to accept the offer.

Agreeing the sale

Once you have agreed a sale you will need to employ either a solicitor or a licensed conveyancer. Conveyancing can be time consuming and complex so it is important to choose the right one. By using one of our recommended firms you will:

Progressing your sale

We know that moving house can be a stressful times, there will be lots of forms to fill in for the solicitors, your mortgage application to complete, you’ll be trying to plan moving dates, book removals and still carrying on with the every day.

That’s why we employ a full time Sale Progressor to manage your move. She will make the experience as easy as possible, liaising with solicitors and the rest of the chain to push things through.

Having a single point of contact will make communication of the sales process and timescales between all parties smoother leading to less stress and frustration. Our clients often comment that this service is invaluable.
