Set near to the River Hamble this two bedroom apartment is available for a short term let (maximum 12 months) from mid March. For those who enjoy the outdoors this location is perfect. The River Hamble offers plenty of fun - you can launch your paddle board or kayak (or hire one) just over the road from here and there are many local walking tracks and places to have a quick coffee or something more substantial. Hamble is close by too - you can take the wonderful pink ferry and be there in no time! Add to that the easy access to the A27, M27 and Bursledon train station and you'll be hard pushed to find an apartment this special in such a convenient location. Retail therapy isn't far away either with Southampton West Quay just 6 miles/20 minutes away and Whiteley even closer by.

Nestled behind trees, the gated apartment block is located at the bottom of Swanwick Lane on the corner of Bridge Road and overlooking the boat yard. Park your car in the allocated space and from the moment you walk through the main front door and into the communal entrance hall you will feel right at home. Great care is taken here to keep all areas modern, clean and tidy. Take the lift or stairs up to the apartment itself which is situated on the top floor of the block. The apartment has two bedrooms - a master bedroom with a really good sized an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom and separate shower room. Both bathroom and en-suite are tastefully modern and clean.

The open plan living space is flooded with light being blessed with several windows facing the front of the block and with doors opening out onto the large balcony area you will enjoy opening up the whole area on a sunny day. This is perfect for living day to day and for entertaining. The stunning kitchen area has good quality fixtures and appliances including oven/hob, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Available from end of March for a maximum 12 month tenancy.
