The front door of the property leads into a small entrance area with doors to the ground floor cloakroom and sitting room. The sitting room has a decorative fireplace and provides access to the kitchen/dining room. The master bedroom boasts the convenience of an en-suite shower room, which will be upgraded prior to the commencement of the new tenancy. The second bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe, offering additional storage space. The clean and tidy bathroom features a shower over the bath.

Step outside through the sliding doors to the garden, where you'll find a patio area, complemented by a well-maintained lawn and a shed for your convenience.
