For conveyancing services through the following firms we receive a commission per transaction, upon completion of the sale, which amounts to:
- Jasper Vincent £100 + VAT
- Setfords £100 + VAT
- Warner Goodman £120 + VAT
- Quality Solicitors Large & Gibson £125 + VAT
- Shoosmiths £200 + VAT
- Ackroyd Legal £250 + VAT
For removal services through Bishops Waltham Removals or Dale Walton Transport we receive a £25 Love2shop vouchers (or similar) per transaction.
For mortgage services through Mortgage Mind we receive Love to Shop Vouchers (or Similar). This varies from case to case and Mortgage Mind can confirm the figure once the exact amount is known.
Little Barn Door offer us John Lewis Vouchers when they are instructed to home stage a property. The amount will vary depending on the job, but is generally in the region of £20.
Destin4 Surveyors offer us a £50 Amazon Voucher for each survey undertaken for a client.
