Robinson Reade Reserve is an exclusive service for homeowners who know they want to move but are not quite ready to commit to a sale.

Finding your next home should be an enjoyable and exciting time. However, we often hear some estate agents pile on the pressure before they will even let you view a property by asking:

Our Director, Jane Earley MARLA MNAEA, will personally create your property brochure with floorplans, professional-quality photographs and walk-through video tour.

We’ll ask you to complete a PIQ (Property Information Questionnaire) so we have all the relevant information about your property. This will save valuable time once an offer is accepted, as you will already have located relevant paperwork or taken any action needed before the solicitors start work.

There is no additional charge for this service. We will ask you to agree to our Sole Agency Terms and our competitive 1% + VAT fee, which is only payable on completion. There is no ongoing commitment or tie-in. We simply ask for28 days’ notice if you decide not to proceed.
