Welcome to Burridge/Curbridge

On the way to Botley lay the small villages of Burridge and Curbridge. Burridge is home to Burridge Cricket Club, and a large recreation field, tennis court and community centre.

Walk across the field and follow the path down to the river and you’ll find an excellent spot for paddling boarding. If you carry on through the woods, go via the Fairy Tree, you’ll arrive at the Horse & Jockey pub, a very popular spot for a pint at the top of the river. Don’t forget to ask about the story of the whale!
