To set up a tenancy we charge a set-up fee plus inventory and check-in fee. There are then various optional fees applicable during a tenancy plus an optional check-out fee at the end of the tenancy. Download a full list of all our charges here.

How do we ensure our landlords are protected?
We are a registered member of the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled within the correct manner. Download a copy of our Propertymark Client Money Protection Certificate here.
