Using a local, experienced lettings team to manage your property and the tenant check out process will help you to avoid any such stress.

Our team have been together for many years and we have built up some excellent relationships with both our landlords and our tenants. All of our lettings team is right here in Park Gate and not centralised in an office miles away from your property. This means that you can be absolutely sure that you’ll be working with people that live locally, know the area and are able to actually visit your property when needed. Your Tenants will also benefit by having a local point of contact.

When it comes to avoiding disputes around the release of the deposit, experience really counts and here at Robinson Reade we have plenty of that. I personally deal with around 5 check outs for our landlords each month so I am well versed in getting those deposits released quickly and without any fuss or dispute.
